Privacy Notice

MatCon Designs, operated by Matt Conigliaro, uses the information you share to respond to inquiries and handle your project. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising or visitor profiling, or add inquiry senders to marketing lists.

Information you choose to share

The contact form asks for your name, email address, project type, and message. Phone and company details are optional. Please provide only what is needed to discuss your project. Do not include payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive information.

How inquiries are handled

We use your details to communicate with you, assess your needs, prepare quotes, and manage agreed work. Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our Gmail inbox. You can also email us directly to avoid using the form service; your email will still be processed by email providers. See Google’s privacy policy.

Website services and cookies

We have not added advertising trackers or visitor analytics to this site. Fonts, photos, and videos are hosted with the site rather than loaded from external font or video services.

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting, access security, email delivery, and form spam protection may involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, logs, and cookies. FormSubmit uses spam protection, including reCAPTCHA. These providers have their own practices; this notice does not promise that visiting or submitting a form involves no data processing. Keeping information

Inquiry and project information is kept as needed for responding, carrying out work, and necessary business or legal records. You may request deletion of information that is no longer needed. Some records may need to be retained, and service providers may retain copies or backups under their own policies. This website does not automatically delete messages from our inbox.
