What artwork should I provide?
Vector artwork is preferred when you have it, especially for logos and lettering. If artwork needs to be created, design fees will be added to your project.
For printed images, provide the largest original file available, with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Include your intended print dimensions so we can assess whether the file is suitable for the project.
How large can my project be?
Project size depends on the physical constraints of your space or application and your budget. We’ll discuss those requirements when assessing your needs.
How long is an estimate valid?
Estimates are valid for 30 days and are based on the project details discussed with you. Changes to those details can change the cost and will be reflected on the invoice.
When does production begin?
Production begins after approval and payment.
Do you install or ship outside Metro Detroit?
Most installations are in greater Metro Detroit, with service elsewhere in the U.S. available by arrangement. Products ship nationwide, with shipping options and costs based on size, weight, and handling needs. Pickup can also be arranged.
